I wasn't able to get tickets to the Tim/Faith tour last year, and have thought about getting some for the one this summer when it hits NJ. But from what I've seen of the show in the media and from reviews I've read, I wouldn't expect it to be too much different from your description of their older tour. I like both of their music quite a bit, but I suspect they'd leave most of my favorite songs off the set list. It might not be worth it to even bother getting tickets.

I could have written this same review about the Tim McGraw - Faith Hill show I saw a few years ago. Two alleged superstars going through the motions. Videos in the bankground, smoke, lights , etc. The only good thing about the show was the opening act the Warren Brothers
