Every now and then my local station plays a Wreckers song, and I’m always going “Who was that?” They were a breath of fresh air while they lasted.

I agree that it’s pretty much adult contempo with a few country touches, except maybe for “Crazy People,” which is country to the bone and hilarious to boot.

incidentally, I remember catching Imus on the dial one day and he was playing “Crazy People” as he went to commercial and even commented on how good it was. I’m sure they’re thrilled about that endorsement now.
