If Home by the Chicks sold 5.9 million this century and they claim Carrie is at 5.2 million, where does that leave Shania's UP album? It is certified at 11 million with the double album count, but as a single count I thought it was around 5.6 million? So what gives?

"Before He Cheats" came on at a sports bar I was at last night and half the place started singing along. And it was far from a hardcore redneck crowd or anything, so I agree that this song is definitely crossing over in a big way.

I love that Carrie is having so much success. I admire her talent, and the persona that she portrays in the media. I have acutally met her personally and can say honestly that she is one of the nicest and most unaffected people I have ever met. One would expect a huge amount of ego with this much domination, but she continues to be the Carrie Underwood that people love! I was never a fan of American Idol but this girl continues to impress me with everything she accomplishes. Congrats to Carrie on a truly amazing voice, album, and career thus far!
