Good review although a bit late – the disc has been available for quite a few months already. I really liked Dusty Springfield so I picked up this disc when first it became available

I’d give this 3.5 stars – it lags in places

Soul Miner’s Daughter, the album is without a doubt worth the purchase. You will find no finer album from 2008.

I love me some Dusty Springfield and am currently reading one of her biographies.
I would love to hear Shelby’s take on these classics as I have always thought she was one of the best kept “secrets”, per se.
