I didn’t realize this was Kenny Chesney’s first Grammy nomination, considering he wins so many awards in the country music award shows.

Very happy for Trisha even though I’ve never heard her “Heaven, Heartache, etc.” album.

And I believe that people who say they’ve never wanted a Grammy are just trying to make themselves feel better because they’ve never been nominated or won. It’s like people saying, “I don’t care” about a certain issue that deeply bothers them, which they clearly care about since they’re crying while saying it.

I am happy that some of my favorite albums of this year are finally getting some recognition that they have not gotten from the “country music establishment” — it is sad that Trish, Jamey, etc. have to get recognition from the Grammy’s but cannot get it from “country music establishment” –

Honestly, that is exactly how I would feel if I got nominated for a grammy. xD

I’m so happy for Trisha. If that album (Heaven, Heartache and the Power Of Love) had been ignored further, I would have been very disappointed, but at least someone in the music industry sees it for what it is.
