I knew the pop version long before I heard the country version, so maybe that speaks for my dislike for the duet, especially Bryan White’s vocal. Perhaps I’m just not used to it, but I find him nasal and annoying here.

Forever and For Always to me is the superior (although not far) Twain ballad in comparison to this and your still the one.

I like both versions of this song a lot, but “You’re Still The One” is amazing. Its kind of a shame, but Bryan Whites country music career started to fizz out after this song. Anyway, this is Shania at her peak!

I definitely think the pop version is superior. I just always thought Bryan White’s performance sounded a bit too theatrical. Good song, though I still like “You’re Still the One” better.
