My numbers aren't very high because I do most of my listening on my iPod at the gym, I rarely listen to an entire song in my iTunes library before moving onto the next one (my overall most played song out of all 16,000 only has 14 plays) and I've only had my computer for a couple of years. I did come across a few surprises though.

1. LeAnn Rimes - What I Cannot Change (5)
2. The Band Perry - If I Die Young (4)
Brad Paisley - Letter to Me (4)
Kathy Mattea - Standing Knee Deep in a River (4)
     Keith Urban - I'm In (4)
     Kenny Chesney - You & Tequila (4)
     Reba - If I Were a Boy/The Last One to Know (4)
Zac Brown Band - Highway 20 Ride (4)
9. Brooks & Dunn - Building Bridges (3)
Dan Seals - Everything That Glitters (3)
Dolly Parton - How Great Thou Art (3)
     Faith Hill - Stronger (3)
George Strait - The Seashores of Old Mexico (3)
     The Judds - I Know Where I'm Going (3)
     LeAnn Rimes - Swingin' (3)
Loretta Lynn - Portland Oregon (3)
     Lorrie Morgan - Don't Worry Baby (3)
Little Big Town - Little White Church (3)
Mark Chesnutt - I Just Wanted You to Know (3)
Martina McBride - This Uncivil War/Wrong Baby Wrong Baby Wrong (3)
Pam Tillis - Deep Down/Land of the Living/All the Good Ones Are Gone (3)
Rascal Flatts - These Days (3)
Reba - Sweet Music Man/New Fool at an Old Game/I Know How He Feels/Because of You (3)
Sara Evans - Bible Song (3)
Tim McGraw - Please Remember Me (3)

Okay, here goes. Like most everyone else, my music-listening is scattered amongst a few different services, but here's my Zune top 20 artists list:
1. Reba McEntire - One Honest Heart (70)
2. Brooks & Dunn - My Heart is Lost to You (59)
3. Kevin Sharp - If You Love Somebody (56)
4. Lorrie Morgan - Except for Monday (54)
5. Chris Young - I Can Take It from There (51)
6. Bryan White - Sittin' On Go (50)
7. Zac Brown Band - Knee Deep (50)
8. George Strait - Drinkin' Man (49)
9. Clint Black - A Good Run of Bad Luck (46)
10. Collin Raye - Little Rock (45)
11. Wynonna Judd - Tell Me Why (45)
12. Dwight Yoakam - Suspicious Minds (45)
13. Faith Hill - Let's Go to Vegas (45)
14. Miranda Lambert - Nobody's Fool (45)
15. Ronnie Milsap - If You Don't Want Me To (43)
16. Ronnie Dunn - Bleed Red (42)
17. Shenandoah - Two Dozen Roses (42)
18. Suzy Bogguss - Drive South (42)
19. Tanya Tucker - Down to My Last Teardrop (42)
20. Diamond Rio - Norma Jean Riley (42)

It should also be said that this is a true "most-played song from twenty different country artists" list. I had to ignore several repeats from favorite artists like George Strait, Reba McEntire, Collin Raye, and Chris Young. I also think that this list, being heavy on 90s country music, is very representative of my listening tastes.

I also thought that this was a very interesting self-exploration exercise. It's interesting to see what songs I turn to in various situations, and, as I'm a single college student, how many of these situations turn on love, especially for my very top tracks. I really appreciate this post, not only for the neat music suggestions, but also for the opportunity to reflect on myself.

I clearly don't listen to songs enough, but here is my top 20 most played according to iTunes on my computer:

1. The Band Perry - "Postcards From Paris" (7)
2. Clay Walker - "Hypnotize The Moon" (7)
3. Trisha Yearwood - "On A Bus To St. Cloud" (7)
4. Little Big Town - "Shut Up Train" (6)
5. Shania Twain - "Dance With The One That Brought You" (6)
6. Shenandoah - "Sunday In The South" (6)
7. Confederate Railroad - "Daddy Never Was The Cadillac Kind" (5)
8. Court Yard Hounds - "It Didn't Make A Sound" (5)
9. Court Yard Hounds - "Fear Of Wasted Time" (5)
10. Jerrod Niemann - "What Do You Want" (5)
11. Joey + Rory - "Farm To Fame" (5)
12. Joey + Rory - "Rodeo" (5)
13. Joey + Rory - "To Say Goodbye" (5)
14. Kellie Pickler - "100 Proof" (5)
15. Reba McEntire - "The Day She Got Divorced" (5)
16. Sugarland - "Little Miss" (5)
17. Sunny Sweeney - "Amy" (5)
18. Trisha Yearwood - "Down On My Knees" (5)
19. Alan Jackson - "I'll Try" (4)
20. Alan Jackson "(Who Says) You Can't Have It All" (4)

For grins and giggles, here's the final five:

21. Ashton Shepherd - "I'm Good" (4)
22. The Band Perry - "You Lie" (4)
23. The Band Perry - "All Your Life" (4)
24. The Band Perry - "Independence" (4)
25. Carrie Underwood - "Songs Like This" (4)

This seems about right based on the perceptions I have regarding my listening habits. Had no idea, though, I'd listened to "Postcards From Paris" so frequently, as "Hypnotize The Moon" has been my #1 most played song for forever.

Kind of shocking my admiration for Miranda Lambert isn't displayed here, but most of my Lambert listenings take place while driving around. Would've thought "Takin' Pills" would've ranked high, but that was mostly car play as well.

Overall this is very accurate of my listening habits. And it looks like, I enjoy some great selections.

21. Ashton Shepherd – “I’m Good” (4)
25. Carrie Underwood – “Songs Like This” (4)

This seems about right based on the perceptions I have regarding my listening habits. Had no idea, though, I’d listened to “Postcards From Paris” so frequently, as “Hypnotize The Moon” has been my #1 most played song for forever.

Kind of shocking my admiration for Miranda Lambert isn’t displayed here, but most of my Lambert listenings take place while driving around. Would’ve thought “Takin’ Pills” would’ve ranked high, but that was mostly car play as well.

Overall this is very accurate of my listening habits. And it looks like, I enjoy some great selections.
