Leeann Ward is a Teacher of Children With Visual Impairments (TVI) for Catholic Charities Maine. She has earned a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maine at Presque Isle and a Master of Arts in Teaching Children With Visual Impairments from Western Michigan University.  She started writing for Country Universe in January 2008.  She can be reached at leeann@countryuniverse.net.

Lynn Douglas is an attorney in California. William Ward is an Orientation and Mobility Specialist for the Maine Division for the Blind and Visually Impaired. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies in Cultural Studies from the University of Maine, Presque Isle; he also completed a Master of Arts in Orientation and Mobility from Western Michigan University. Tara Seetharam is a Public & Government Affairs professional in the energy industry and a freelance writer in Houston, Texas.
